Marie-Pierre and Samuel produce fruits and vegetables in their farm located 2.5 km from Castelnau-Montratier: tomatoes, courgettes, aubergines, peppers potatoes and melons. You can buy their products every Wednesday and Saturday morning in the summer at their hut. (At Castelnau take the D19 direction Moissac, at the end of the straight line, hut on the right at the edge of the road at the intersection of the place called "Valmary"). You will also find them on the market of Castelnau on Sundays mornings of the summer.
Magnificent vineyard situated partly in the Lot and partly in the Tarn-et-Garonne, in the Coteaux du Quercy wine area. The estate extends over 27 hectares. It is run by the Gisbert and Quèbre families, who are very attentive to the good management of their vineyard. There can be no doubt about this when you taste their delicious Quercy wines. They are generous and solid, like the inhabitants of this region. The Chai St. Etienne offers red wines, red wines aged in oak and both dry and sweet rosés for tasting.

The vineyard covers 4 hectares and produces about 8000 bottles of wine per year. She will introduce you to her production of AOC Cahors in the château itself, with its long history dating back to the 16th century. The Château des Cloutous vineyard is located on the plateau of the Causse of the communes of Saint Matré and Saux where the stone is widely present. The vines of Malbec aged 20 to 30 years occupy a clayey-limestone territory on more than 6 hectares, the Merlot which is between 10 and 20 years old is planted on a hectare and a half of plateau of the causse. Sale to the estate every day, visit and tasting by appointment.
Stéphane produces handmade beer with high fermentation. You can find them on the Montcuq market every Sunday.
